When I started the class, I knew very little about the Real Estate business. Jim Forde's patient teaching to reinforce the books has made it possible for me to confidently prepare for the real estate exam. I am scheduled for the end of September, and I fully expect to pass. Jim not only goes over the information in the books, he reinforces them with personal experience. Excellent teacher and course. Highly recommended.

This course helped me pass my exam the first time! Jim was very helpful and explained everything very well. He was always available to help with questions about the course material and anything else relating to real estate. Very good price for everything that you get out of this course.

If I could put a lessor score I would. I am not happy with this service at all. I have completed my classes and now working on getting a date for my exam but Jim and his team has made it impossible to get a testing day. I have been trying to get my certificates corrected since September and to this day, January 9th I have gotten no resolution. They are now ignoring my calls and I am going to be forced to report them. They are delaying me from booking my exam day for I can not complete this without proof of my certificates. If you are thinking of using them, find someone else. The last thing you want is for a company to get in your way the way they have done with me. Furthermore; I know I am NOT the only one this has happened to, so unprofessional. I am very disappointed.
