I completed the main course a couple of months ago and it was great. I wanted to do a crash course prior to taking the exam and it was really helpful! The video crash course with Ian Medina was excellent. The live training with Mac Nomura was good as well. It was nice being able to ask questions and interact with the class. It got off track a few times due to discussion that was extended, which is why I really enjoyed the video course. They covered more of the material on there. But again; I'd recommend both. After the crash course I was definitely prepared for the exam. The practice exams were definitely beneficial! Passed the exam on the first try and now I’m narrowing down my broker search!

I was extremely satisfied with my experience in CA Realty Training. The online student portal was easy to use and the textbook material was up-to-date. The couple times I did need help, the customer service advisor Karen Friedman was very responsive and helpful. The big highlight for me, though, was the instructor. Bryan Collins was everything I could’ve hoped for in a real estate teacher. He went the extra mile to make all his lectures fun and engaging. He supplemented the book knowledge with his real-world experiences in the field for a well-rounded understanding of the course concepts. He also made it clear that he was our ally and truly wanted us all to succeed. He made himself available both in and out of class for questions about course material but also advise on real estate careers as a whole. I would recommend CA Realty Training to anyone who wants to start a career in real estate.

Mac Nomura was AWESOME!!!! Super helpful, friendly and communication was great. He was able to help students (like me) comprehend and explain things differently so I can (HOPEFULLY!!!!) pass the state exam the first time. Mac…. You rock! And keep up the great work.

I took the crash course and Mac Nomura was a great instructor!!. He was very helpful and gave a lot of examples and real life experiences to better understand the real estate industry. It was a great experience and definitely helped me be ready for my state exam!

I just finished my crash course with instructor, Mac Nomura. He is absolutely AMAZING! He was so informative and helpful with any kind of questions I had (or anybody for that matter) and really broke things down when needed. I think the thing I loved about him the most is his energy! I've been going through some pretty tough personal hurdles lately and he was so encouraging and motivating, he really helped to motivate me and give me confidence in this new career path. He even offered his personal contact info in case we would ever need anything in the future. He really cared to go the extra mile. Words can't describe how much he helped me and how he gave me this new boost that I can do this. Thank you Mac!
