I took the real estate crash course with Mac Nomura, and it was an amazing experience. He explains concepts well and his teaching style made the material both enjoyable and easy to grasp. He also gave excellent tips for preparing for the exam, which were incredibly helpful in passing my test with ease. I highly recommend this course!

Their educational platform failed to provide access to the course materials, so I called them to find out what was going on. I spoke with a school representative who gave me a vague response and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. I checked multiple times throughout the day, yet there was still no access to the course. Since there was no timeframe for fixing the issue, I requested that they send me the course materials or provide an alternative solution so I could continue my progress without major delays. They refused in a condescending manner, claiming they didn’t have course materials to send. Despite my attempts to explain that lack of access to the course materials would affect my preparation for the real estate exam, the representative continued to dismiss my concerns as unimportant. This experience made me seriously question their reliability and professionalism. Upon browsing their website, I noticed that their headquarters office was listed nearby. I decided to check it out - to be shocked when the building manager told me that no such office exists and they had never heard of US Realty Training. How can they expect to teach students professionalism when they set such a poor example themselves?

I highly recommend US CA Realty Training to study for the real estate license exam. I passed the exam on my first attempt. I was extremely impressed by the live exam crash course taught by Mac Nomura in Long Beach. The class was well-structured and designed. Mac explained real estate concepts in an understandable manner and shared real-world examples. I felt confident to pass the exam after leaving the class. Mac is very knowledgeable and so inspiring. He left a long-lasting impression on me by shifting my perspective to find joy in this process instead of being anxious about the exam. This helped me a lot being less nervous on the exam date. He also gave valuable insights on how to be successful as a real estate agent. Karen, as my advisor, was truly amazing. She was always available and provided support in helping me to select the right study format. Her guidance on the study program and portal was incredibly helpful. It was great to have a dedicated point of contact to ask questions during my studies and even after obtaining my license. All in all, I am glad I chose CA Realty Training. Having Karen as a point of contact and attending the live class with Mac truly sets CA Realty Training apart from other schools. Thank you, Karen and Mac!

Was previously Executive Programs but was bought out by US Realty. I’ve had a pleasant experience even with the transition. Staff is always helpful and thorough. I had to redo a course due to upgraded material and was helped by Teresa with no issues! Such a breeze. Courses and material is very helpful and educational. Even bought the book for $25, such a great investment. Now I’m on my way to finish my final and take the state test! Highly recommend!

His encouragement helped me gain the confidence I needed to take the exam.
