CA Realty was the absolute, best experience. Though I didn't physically attend the classes in person, Rico's videos were incredibly informative and enjoyable. I purchased both the Weekend Crash Course and the Crash Course videos, both completely worth it. Took my exam & passed the first time, thank you to CA Realty for the amazing experience.

The California School of Real Estate is the premier program when it comes to obtaining your license. Great experience. Knowledgeable staff prepares students for success. They covered all of the basic information in an effective presentation. The combination of video tutorials, practice quizzes and lightning round audio is exactly what you need to earn your license. The staff was always available to answer questions or provide guidance. I highly recommend.

It's not often that you take a class and it has immediate impact. I took the state exam prep course with instructor Mac Nomura and it was the most memorable start to my real estate career journey thus far. He is insightful, encouraging, experienced, helpful, and committed to seeing his students succeed. Worth every moment and every penny!

I took all three classes of my training and my crash course with Angela So at CA Realty Training, and my experience was incredible. While everything was on Zoom this year, the classes were engaging and personal, and Angela did an incredible job leading conversations and discussion via Zoom, it truly felt like a classroom setting. Angela was always so clear and thorough. Her extensive knowledge of the industry and stories of her real life experiences kept me inspired to pursue this career- I loved being in her classroom! I took the exam the week after my weekend crash course, and after intense studying and staying engaged in class, I'm happy to say I passed on my first try! I couldn't have done it without the help of the online videos, practice tests and incredible teacher Angela. I called the office several times with questions regarding applying for my exam and getting ready for it, and they were always so helpful as well. I'm so grateful for my experience at CA realty school, and am thrilled and ready to pursue this new career!
