I recently took a real estate course with Robert Rico, and I couldn’t be more impressed! His teaching style is absolutely fantastic. The course material, based on the book, is broken down in a way that makes complex concepts easy to understand and apply. Robert’s ability to keep you engaged and focused throughout the lessons truly sets him apart from other instructors. The online videos were incredibly helpful, and I felt confident in the material by the end of the course. I highly recommend his course to anyone looking to learn real estate in an effective and enjoyable way!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I drove 4 hours just to attend this class twice a week. The instructor Ho Chung was so good at relating course work to real world scenarios. I have really enjoyed going to the in person Class in Beverly Hills. My Instructor Ho Chung is very experienced and knowledgeable. I have also enjoyed meeting and talking to the other students in class. The online program is set up very well. I'm very happy I chose CA Realty Training.

I've learned so much from CA Realty and their customer support and online portal is unmatched. They give a lot more benefits and studying tools then other schools I've heard about. I don't think there's a better school to help you prepare for state exam! I haven't taken the test yet, but when I pass I'll change my 4 stars to 5!!

Instructor Victoria Muñoz is so great!! So knowledgeable & always sharing her tips and tricks to help us get ahead! Wouldn’t want to have been taught by anyone else!
